Senior tech lead and frontend architect with a passion for building modern tech stacks. I'm always on the hunt for trends and new technology in my field — as well as new ways to optimise the skills I already have.
As a leader I enjoy mentoring, helping others upskill, and coaching individuals and groups to grow their abilities and confidence. I'm also driven by developing and refining processes — best practices and a structured way of working for developers. With structure, I believe there's more room for creativity and innovation.
As a person, I'm down to earth and bring a sense of humour and familiarity to any team. I thrive in lead roles where I get to combine my drive to guide and coach others with my decision-making. I really like digging into a customer's needs and user problems to identify the best way forward.
It's a privilege and an advantage to have worked with a vast number of frameworks, languages and tools across previous assignments and roles. Delivering complex solutions to a broad spectrum of organisations across both the public and private sectors has built my capacity to quickly understand problems and identify needs.
